The “Milt Matthews Governor Elect Hospitality” was conceived and started by Milt in 1969 and the first International Governor Nominees were hosted in the spring on 1970. The program has grown over the years and is internationally know as one of the best hospitality programs in Rotary. The program has been copied by many other districts. The many Friendship Exchanges that we now enjoy are a result of PDG Milt’s program. |
